This is an industry award from Top Workplaces and is based on employee feedback, which makes it especially meaningful. It reflects the culture we have built together and the impact of every crew member on our team!
The Star Tribune, Minnesota’s leading daily newspaper, has hosted the Top Workplace program for over two decades to celebrate innovation and excellence in our state. Employees complete a survey containing 15 statements that gauge the culture of each participating company, as well as written statements. This year, Mains’l employees called out in particular that the company encourages new ideas and innovation, different points of view and a general sense of appreciation for everyone who works there.
