Mains’l Solutions Connects with Leaders in Aging Services at the USAging Annual Conference

Last week, Mains’l Solutions’ Director of Financial Management Services, Amy and Senior Customer Relations & Success Manager, Sara had the opportunity to attend the USAging Annual Conference and Tradeshow as well as participating in the additional Technology Lab in sunny San Diego.  This conference is one of the nation’s premier events dedicated to advancing services and supports for older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities.

Hosted by USAging, the conference brings together Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), state agencies, community-based organizations, and industry partners from across the country. The event provides an outstanding forum for collaboration, education, and the exchange of innovative ideas that strengthen the delivery of person-centered services in communities nationwide.

Amy and Sara had the opportunity to connect with aging network professionals from across the country, engaging in valuable conversations about the evolving needs of Veterans, older adults and individuals with disabilities, the importance of participant and Veteran-directed services, and the role technology plays in supporting efficient, person-centered program administration.

Throughout the conference, attendees shared insights into the opportunities and challenges facing the aging network, including workforce sustainability, caregiver support, expanding access to home and community-based services, and improving the participant and Veteran experience through streamlined technology and strong partnerships. The educational sessions reinforced the industry’s commitment to helping individuals remain independent, engaged, and supported within their communities.

The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to introduce attendees to Navigation Plus™, Mains’l Solutions’ comprehensive Financial Management Services (FMS) platform. We enjoyed demonstrating how our technology supports agencies administering self-direction and Veteran-directed programs by simplifying enrollment, budgeting, payroll, electronic visit verification (EVV), reporting, and ongoing program management.

One of the highlights of the conference was reconnecting with many of our existing partners while also building new relationships with organizations exploring innovative approaches to delivering participant and Veteran-directed services. These conversations continue to reinforce the importance of collaboration, listening to the needs of agencies, and developing solutions that evolve alongside the changing landscape of home and community-based services.

As participant and Veteran-directed services continue to expand across Veteran, aging and disability programs, Mains’l Solutions remains committed to developing technology and services that empower agencies to deliver person-centered support with confidence. Opportunities like the USAging Annual Conference allow us to stay connected to the evolving needs of the aging network while strengthening the partnerships that help individuals live independently and direct their own care.

We are grateful to USAging for hosting another exceptional conference and creating a space where leaders from across the aging network can come together to share ideas, learn from one another, and shape the future of aging services.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with Amy and Sara throughout the week. We look forward to continuing the conversations, strengthening new partnerships, and working together to empower individuals through innovative technology and exceptional support.

We hope to see you again at next year’s USAging Annual Conference!
